latex （texlive for win10）设置镜像仓库更新宏包

latex 使用默认仓库更新宏包时往往会出错，解决方法是设置镜像仓库（清华源），在命令提示符中输入：
tlmgr option repository https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/CTAN/systems/texlive/tlnet
然后输入：
tlmgr update --self --all --reinstall-forcibly-removed
