错误 命名空间“clr-namespace:”中不存在“LocalizedStrings”名称。

Just restarting Visual Studio may help but if you still get same error try Debug/Clean solution. Then exit Visual Studio and reopen it – compile

Its because of some corrupted VS files. You just need to clear the Visual Studio cache:

1. Close Visual Studio.
2. Go to the folder location : "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Phone Tools\CoreCon\".
3. Delete the contents of the folders: 10.0 and 11.0.

Now your project must compile.
