html base标签不生效解决

在写一个ssm项目的时候，jsp页面需要用base设置一下路径，设置为这样<base href="root">发现根本不生效，google了一下找到了解决办法，需要在路径后面加/来表示这是一个目录，就像是这样<base href="root/">。
