error PRJ0003 : Error spawning 'cmd.exe'
在Visual Studio中，选择工具->选项->工程和解决方案->VC++目录
点击上方的像文件夹的按钮-新建行，然后在空白处添加cmd.exe所在的目录C:/Windows/System32/ （如果你是默认装在C盘的话）点击确定，就OK了。 对于我这个方法管用了，如果你遇到这个问题，不妨先试一下。
