terminal 终端进行pod install 时出现这种问题 。根据error 内容基本可以判定是cocoapods版本或者ruby版本问题导致的。
所以只要降低或者升级最新版本即可解决。
命令行如下

 pod repo remove master

 pod repo add master https://github.com/CocoaPods/Specs.git

 pod repo update

如果还不能解决：尝试卸载当前pod版本，然后降低版本 （我用1.5.0成功）

sudo gem uninstall cocoapods

sudo gem install cocoapods -v 1.5.0
