The configuration file contains a syntax error on line 29:
[EParseError]No tray icon was specified.Please assign a tray icon by using one of the Traylcon*directives in the [Config]section

解决方案：

#在wamp的目录scripts下执行
C:\wamp\scripts> php refresh.php
