打开Spy++方式1.Visual Studio>>菜单栏>>工具>>Spy++

打开Spy++方式2.In a Command Prompt window
change directories to the folder that contains spyxx.exe. Typically,
the path to this folder is ..\Visual Studio installation folder\Common7\Tools.
Enter spyxx.exe.

#注意事项#
1.需要安装一个"C++核心功能"

解决方案

在文件夹"..\Visual Studio installation folder\Common7\Tools."中试着打开"spyxx_amd64.exe",
如果不行再试下另外一个"spyxx.exe"....

就可以接收到消息了
