sudo apt-get install aptitude
以后都用 aptitude 管理软件
2、安装 pip
#sudo aptitude install python-pip
sudp apt-get install python-pip
sudo pip install --upgrade pip
安装pip3
sudp apt-get install python3-pip
sudo -H pip3 install --upgrade pip
安装好后需要将/usr/bin/pip 和 /usr/bin/pip3 文件从

替换成
from pip import __main__ if __name__ == '__main__': sys.exit(__main__._main())
替换pip 国内源

3、下载 anaconda
https://www.anaconda.com/distribution/#download-section
4、更新源
sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.bak

更新完之后
sudo apt install --reinstall libappstream3
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop
安装make(64位没有。。)
sudo apt-get install build-essential
5、安装软件
pip install --user numpy
pip install --user pandas
sudo aptitude install libfreetype6-dev
sudo python -m pip install matplotlib==2.2.0
sudo aptitude install python-git
sudo apt-get install python-sklearn
sudo pip install -U scikit-learn
sudo pip install jupyter
#安装 jupyter vim 插件
