直接下载改过的带vs工程的代码
3. SMC\x264.sln
4. 关键， yasm 1.3.0 配置
C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\V120\BuildCustomizations
vsyasm.props vsyasm.targets vsyasm.xml 这3个文件从官方下载对应版本后拷贝过来，
vsyasm.props 要改 <CommandLineTemplate>"$(YasmPath)"vsyasm.exe -Xvc -f win$(PlatformArchitecture) [AllOptions] [AdditionalOptions] "%(FullPath)"</CommandLineTemplate>
cpu太老要去掉 -Xvc
5. 工程现在能编译过， 但是输出文件夹，和调试路径不对， 修改一下即可
