- 点击 Manage 时候出现 File Not Found, 查看log,发现以下内容：The system cannot find the file specified. File name: 'Microsoft.ResourceManagement, Version=4.0.2450.34。。。。。。。
这种问题通常发生在安装完一个更新后重启后，产生的原因是因为一部分dll被更新但有些dll没有被更新。我的解决办法是安装sharepoint2010 sp1,然后安装以下更新

这个问题是由于数据库版本升级后不一致问题造成的，我没找到太好的解决办法，只能重新创建一个servie application
