本篇文章只是讲解一下怎样配置 User Profile Service， 具体原理以及其他内容不在本篇范围之内（并非笔者不求甚解。。。）
- 进入 Center Administration ，在Application Management 区域下，点击 Manage server applications
- 选中 User Profile Service Application, 在 Ribbon 上选择 Administrator 并将当前 account 添加进取，钩选 Full Control, 并将同样操作在 Permission 商业做一次。
- 重新进入 Center Administration, 选择 services on server。 进入后找到 User Profile Service 和 User Profile Synchronization Service 并开启这两个service.
- 回到 Manage server applications 界面，选中 User Profile Service Application, 点击 Manage
- 点击 Configure Synchronization Connections
- 新建一个 connections
(说明：由于这个service是用来给一些其他profile相关的程序提供与LDAP同步的，所以需要与指定的LDAP建立一个同步连接)
- 填好相应选项后，点击 Popular Containers,稍后会出现这个LDAP中所有的内容，选择你想要同步的。点击OK
- 接下来这个 User Service就就可以被使用了。
