解决Could not find a file named "pubspec.yaml" in "/Users/lixiangyang/.pub-cache/hosted/pub.dev/watcher-1.0.2".

删除隐藏文件夹flutter/.pub-cache文件夹 然后运行flutter packages get就可以了。
