SOCKET SERVER PORT如何绑定双IP
TCP server的port绑定，在双IP服务器上，不能绑定到127.0.0.1，否则会出现下面的现象，导致不能访问，需要绑定到具体的IP上；
[pon@NMG-KDCS-YINGYONG-DL380B ~]$ telnet 192.168.1.139 12281
Trying 192.168.1.139...
telnet: connect to address 192.168.1.139: Connection refused
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused
