android webview input软件盘覆盖问题---AndroidBug5497Workaround

更多问题：

用AndroidBug5497Workaround 解决软键盘弹出问题后，输入完成。返回后html用css布局的页面出现异常。显示的页面放大，出现滚动条。

解决办法：将input用table包裹起来解决了放大的问题，但未弄懂原因
