WITH REPLACE 含义

 RESTORE DATABASE db_CSharp from disk='backup.bak' WITH REPLACE 

WITH REPLACE后面是限定条件，with replace意思是替换，即把原来的数据库用备份abcd.bak替换或者覆盖。
