在终端界面上输入字符，如果设备可以响应串口输入字符，但是忘记密码无法登录。
这种情况下可以通过其他登录方式配置Console口登录或者通过BootROM菜单清除Console口登录密码，尝试重新登录。
1.通过其他登入方式配置console口登入
前提：用户拥有STelnet/Telnet账号并且具有管理员的权限。以下涉及的命令行及回显信息以STelnet登录设备修改Console口密码为例。用户通过STelnet账号登录设备
以登录用户界面的认证方式为Password认证，密码为Huawei@123为例，配置如下

以登录用户界面的认证方式为AAA认证，用户名为admin123，密码为Huawei@123为例，配置如下

2.通过BootROM清除Console口登录密码
设备的BootROM提供了清除Console口登录密码的功能，用户可以在设备启动后修改Console口登录密码，然后保存配置
#通过Console口连接设备，并重启设备。当界面出现以下打印信息时，及时按下快捷键“Ctrl+B”并输入BootROM密码，进入 BootROM主菜单。

BootROM密码:
- V200R003C01以及更低版本的缺省密码是huawei
- V200R005C00以及更高版本的缺省密码是Admin@huawei。
#在BootROM主菜单下依次选择“Password Manager > Clear the console login password”，清除Console口登录密码。
