zabbix监控vCenter报错

报错如下：

'config.vpxd.stats.maxQueryMetrics' is invalid or exceeds the maximum number of characters permitted.

通过搜索，找到如下文章 https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2107096

根据提示，在“vCenter-配置-高级设置”中添加如下内容后故障解决：config.vpxd.stats.maxQueryMetrics——256

 

注意：KB文章中指出需要做两处修改，修改web.xml文件如下

 

ssh到vcenter

vi /usr/lib/vmware-perfcharts/tc-instance/webapps/statsreport/WEB-INF/web-inf.xml

1. Find the maxQuerySize parameter and change the value in the <param-value></param-value> tag. To disable the limit, set a value 0:
   
   <context-param>
   <description>Specify the maximum query size (number of metrics)for a single report. Non-positive values are ignored.</description> 
   <param-name>maxQuerySize</param-name>
   <param-value>64</param-value>
   </context-param> 
   
   
2. Save and close the web.xml file.
3. Restart the vCenter service responsible for the performance charts

• For vCenter Server 6.x, restart the VMware Performance Chart Service in the vSphere Web Client.
