linux 中 安装 Htseq-count 软件

 

001、下载安装源代码

002、解压、编译

tar -xzvf HTSeq-0.9.1.tar.gz      ## 解压
cd HTSeq-0.9.1/
python setup.py build
python setup.py install --user    ## 安装
cd ~/.local/bin/                  ## 进入软件可调用目录   

 

003、测试命令

(base) root@DESKTOP-IDT9S0E:~/.local/bin# ./htseq-count
usage: htseq-count [options] alignment_file gff_file
htseq-count: error: the following arguments are required: samfilenames, featuresfilename
