linux 中安装 RSeQC 软件

 

001、ubuntu系统

02、查找该软件下的任意一个包

(base) root@DESKTOP-IDT9S0E:~# find ~ -name "bam2fq.py"  ## 没有检索结果，说明该软件没有安装
(base) root@DESKTOP-IDT9S0E:~#

 

 

03、使用pip命令安装

(base) root@DESKTOP-IDT9S0E:~# pip install RSeQC
