002、指定官方下载，然后安装即可

wget https://github.com/samtools/htslib/releases/download/1.16/htslib-1.16.tar.bz2
tar -xjvf htslib-1.16.tar.bz2
cd htslib-1.16/
autoreconf -i
./configure
make
make install
