ubuntu 22.04中利用conda 安装 delly软件

 

001、

root@ubuntu01:/home/software# lsb_release -a

root@ubuntu01:/home/software# conda --version      
conda 4.14.0                                       ## conda版本

 

 

002、利用conda安装delly

root@ubuntu01:/home/software# conda install -c "bioconda/label/cf201901" delly

 

003、测试软件安装效果
