安装bedtools报错 cram/cram_io.c:57:10: fatal error: bzlib.h: No such file or directory

1、执行make动作时出现如下问题 cram/cram_io.c:57:10: fatal error: bzlib.h: No such file or directory

root@DESKTOP-1N42TVH:/home/software/bedtools2# ls
LICENSE  Makefile  README.md  bin  data  docs  genomes  obj  scripts  src  test  tutorial
root@DESKTOP-1N42TVH:/home/software/bedtools2# make

 

 

2、解决方法

root@DESKTOP-1N42TVH:/home/software/bedtools2# apt install libboost-all-dev
root@DESKTOP-1N42TVH:/home/software/bedtools2# apt install libbz2-dev

 

3、再次执行make验证，已经没有fatal error: bzlib.h: No such file or directory的报错了，但是出现了新的问题

root@DESKTOP-1N42TVH:/home/software/bedtools2# make
