解决The server time zone value 'Öйú±ê׼ʱ¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone

Spring Boot JPA 使用Mysql是出现如下错误：

The server time zone value 'Öйú±ê׼ʱ¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone.

 

解决方法：

SHOW VARIABLES LIKE '%time_zone%'

然后执行

SET GLOBAL time_zone='+8:00'
