谷歌账号key申请

1.首先申请一个谷歌账号

2.添加visa卡信息，绑定谷歌账号，后续消费可以从visa里扣钱：https://console.cloud.google.com/billing/019824-D907C8-80A264

3.新建一个项目，新增一个API 密钥，用来调用谷歌翻译账号api
