20090624 - 装 SP1 后无法重装 Visual Studio 2008 的问题

问题描述：如果开始没有全部安装组件，后来又升级安装了 Visual Studio 2008 SP1，则再打算安装组件时可能会遇到如下的问题。
这个对话框通常是在安装程序的第一个加载画面时弹出。

解决办法：下载 Windows Installer 清理实用工具，叫做“Windows Install Clean Up”。
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301，用它remove后就可以重新安装了，这次记得装全了。

（虽然我感觉有点奇怪，这个工具第一次听说，但它确实奏效。）
