使用sftp获取服务器上的文件

在WEB项目中，只有wwwroot的文件，我们可以通过浏览器直接访问，但是有时候，当我们需要获取服务区该应用的其他文件，这个时候我们可以采用sftp来获取文件

sftp需要添加Renci.SshNet的支持，管理Net包
