1.Q:Can you tell me a little about yourself?

   A:Yes.Since graduating with honors in computer science and technology from **University - that was in 2005 - I've been working for 5 years in ** field.

      I endeavour to perfect my skill.

2.Q:What are your main responsibilities in previous company?

   A: I've been mainly responsible for coding and specializing sevral large-scale projects.At the same time,as the leader in sharing newest frame,system or simple and high efficient programming methods in .net field.

      As for my personal characteristics,I thrive on challenge,I work well under pressure and I  would describe myself as detail-oriented and proactive.

4.Q:Let's move on to another question.So what would you say is your greatest strength and weakness?

   A:One of my strength is my ability to be flexible-in my perspective-my flexibility in analyzing new idas and concepts.

5.Q:Flexibility is always appreciated.And what about your greatest weakness?

   A:I enjoy challenges and work well under pressure.I really enjoy my work.The downside to this is that sometimes I put in too much time. But by being aware of my tendency to overwork,I have learned to pace myself more and work less overtime.

6.Q:Can I ask why you want to leave your current position?

   A: Well,I've set some goal for myself and for my carrer.My goal is to continue to grow and improve myself so that I can be a stronger performer and contender in the workplace.

7.Q:What are your salary expectations?

   A:Well,let's see.I'm sure whatever you offer will be a fair amount for a person with my qualifications.Salary is not the most important factor to me.I'm looking for opportunity.
