A testing expert slapped me in the face

This is a story happened over 1 year ago. But I can still remember the details clearly.

I was helping team to do some light-weight pre-analysis of incoming internal bug reports.

One testing expert from nearby team dropped our team a mail about one unit startup problem after upgrade.

I checked the mail and sent a mail to ask for more logs to find root cause.

Suddenly, the testing expert stood up, said: "we're very close, why can't you go to my seat and check directly from my testing environment?"

Oh, no! He is definitely right! His seat is only 5meters from mine, why I was still sending emails?

This is definitely inefficient and against agile values.
