【BUG】java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value 'Öйú±ê׼ʱ¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone

控制台报错信息：

出现此错误的原因是数据库时区的问题，解决方法有2种。

第一种，访问数据库的URL 后面加上时区。

jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/shiro?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8&serverTimezone=GMT%2B8

此处GMT%2B8代表东八区

第二种：修改MySQL数据库的时区

输入：show variables like '%time_zone%';

输入： set global time_zone='+8:00';
