window2012 iis8.0 配置https 默认居然是TLS1.1

阿里云window2012 iis8.0，阿里云说默认就是 TLS1.2，我的机器默认居然是1.1，气死人啦。

搞了半天，又是改注册表又下工具，还重启了服务器，终于搞成1.2啦。

下载工具  IIS Crypto，只选择TLS1.2

另外还改了注册表，不知道是不是有用
