tomcat打印日志乱码问题

对于 tomcat 打印中文乱码问题，处理方式如下：

找到 tomcat 安装目录下的 conf 目录，在里面找到 logging.properties 文件
修改 logging.properties 文件中设置的编码格式，主要是将 java.util.logging.ConsoleHandler.encoding = UTF-8，改为 GBK，然后重启 tomcat
如下为 tomcat 9 ，修改后的 logging.properties 文件，可直接复制使用
