dos命令下输入;
C:\Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v2.0.to727>InstallUtil.exe E:\Test\WindowsServiec1.exe
删除:
C:\Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v2.0.to727>InstallUtil.exe/u  E:\Test\WindowsServiec1.exe
