Change and Transport System not configured解决方法

   症状： SAP IDES ECC6 SP3安装完成后，无论run t-code还是点击功能菜单都会出现' Change and Transport System not  configured'的提示，无法操作。

   解决方法：se06 -> database copy or database migration -> click "Perform
Post-installation Actions".  Choose ok or yes for each question.
