Agile Product Collaboration
Product Collaboration 提供一个整合的环境可帮助企业在包含公司内与外部供应链之间进行数据管理与协同作业。企业可籍由上述机制控制整个产品生命周期所面对的各项挑战。
Product Collaboration 所管理的产品记录包含了所有必须用来采购以及制造产品的信息，这些信息包含材料清单、属性、型态(Configuration)、规范、图纸、工作指令版本及其它相关数据。
透过此一完整单一的产品记录，企业可以确保企业内部与外部供应链的每一个成员在工作与沟通时都是应用最新的版本。如此一来就可以加速新产品导入、降低产品成本、提供质量、降低报废与返工的数量、降低多余的库存以及提升运作效率。
Agile Product Collaboration 解决方案是由以下模块
Agile Product Definition 在产品生命周期管理产品记录与维护版本信息
首先需要对产品、零件及文件等做分类并定义每一类对象之属性。产品信息经过分类后，Agile 以笔记本加上Tab卷标的方式显示，其中Title Block Tab 之画面，可以在Title Block 中之各个字段描述其属性，
此外，如果属性之字段不够用，可以利用Agile Administrator在其它的Tab中设定增加之。
另外可见Change Tab 可直接查询该Part 的工程变更历史以及目前正在签核中的工程变更；
Quality Tab可检查该Part 的相关Bug信息及其处理情况;
BOM Tab 可直接查询各个版本的BOM
Where Used tab 可查询Part 的Where Used 情况
Attachments Tab 储存实体档案，如Spec 等office文件或CAD之Drawing 图档
History则记录该Part的历史记录：如Create ,Modify, 或检视图档内文等操作均会记录
由以上可知料件与料件，料件与文件，料件与工程变更等关联记录都可以轻易的取得

Items can be parts or documents . In general , if the document is shipped as part of a product , or it has costs associated with it , create it as a part object . If the document is an internal document , procedure , or reference , create it as a document object .

When you view an item in Web Client , information about it is displayed on tabs in the right content pane.
When you vew an item in Java Client , information about it is displayed on tabs in an item window.
