ITF TLUPLUS nxtgrd

itf:

tlu+:

     table look up plus for ICC & Astro

nxtgrd:(nxtgrd which consists of capacitance models)

    star-rc need *.map file [lef/def or milkyway mapping to itf layer];provide the mapping file in which design layers mapped to process layers.

itf-->tlu+

    grdgenxo -itf2TLUPlus -i *.ift  -o *.tlu+ //tlu+ 很快

itf-->nxtgrd:

    grdgenxo *.itf [run long time]//得到nxgrd 但很慢

tlup 和 nxgrd 是半可读的

nxtgrd不能直接转成tlu+，但是你打开nxtgrd里面的内容看看，前面的部分其实就是itf的内容，你把那些内容copy下来，就可以用itf转tlu+

rc 参数抽取信息，就是itf的信息，然后做2D,3D抽取参数

说明哪层metal和哪层metal之间有多少RC寄生参数

metal 和AA 之间有多少寄生，等等，就是用于Postlayout RC计算，反标STA结果。
