照着网上做了一个小例子关于spring mvc

注：其中在web.xml的servlet-name 是对应的spring配置文件的前缀名，比如我的spring配置文件名为spring-serlvet.xml所以我的servlet-name就是spring，这个前缀名是可以随意更改的。
