发生的原因及解决办法：
这是我当时手动启动Maven项目是报的错误，原因是自己粗心，把启动命令clean tomcat7:run写成了clean tomcate7:run导致项目启动时报错，启动不起来。
解决办法就是把之前的命令删掉从新写一个正确的新命令！
