schema xsd(xml schema Defination)

xmlns:名称空间(xmlnamespace) 引用的约束文件的名称targetNamespace 
xmlns:context、一个xml可以被多个xsd 定义管理 后面的context 用于用户区分使用如：context:component-scan
xmlns:xsi xsi （xml shcema instance 区分于xmlns 申明是个xml 实例文件）
xsi:schemaLocation  xsi 约束文件位置 ns + name(一般会使用网站名作为文件名不容易重复)
