常见的表型分析：
Alkaline phosphatase/nuclear fast red staining
pink是nuclei，dark blue是enterocyte；
Alcian blue/nuclear fast red staining
light blue是Goblet的分泌物，pink同样是nuclei；
单细胞是必须要做的
- 细胞系没有做单细胞的必要，除非是Perturb-seq；
- 其次就是Patient或Mouse derived Organoid了；
- 最后就是纯in vivo的Mouse，这个周期长门槛高；

L-WRN细胞系：
- Wnt3a - Wnt激活剂，stem cell
- R-spondin3 - 辅助剂，提高Wnt的敏感度
- Noggin - BMP抑制剂，防止分化
ER medium：
- EGF - promoting proliferation
- R-spondin3 - 辅助剂，提高Wnt的敏感度
