数据分析

There is no difference a Ct means cycle threshold, Cq quantification cycle. Ct and Cq are the same. But the application method of this value could result in different results.

2. 分离RNA，RNA isolation；
3. 反转录，RT phase；
4. 定量，qPCR phase；
