ANNOVAR: functional annotation of genetic variants from high-throughput sequencing data. 基因组变异数据的功能注释，人重必用

KEGG：a database resource for understanding high-level functions and utilities of the biological system, such as the cell, the organism and the ecosystem, from molecular-level information, especially large-scale molecular datasets generated by genome sequencing and other high-throughput experimental technologies.

EggNOG：(evolutionary genealogy of genes: Non-supervised Orthologous Groups), a public resource that provides Orthologous Groups (OGs) of proteins at different taxonomic levels, each with integrated and summarized functional annotations.（分析蛋白的直系同源组，同时作功能注释，在肠道微生物分析时会用到）
