页面编码UTF8，代码UTF8，乱码问题

在eclipse的server项目，的server.xml改成

<Connector port="8080" protocol="HTTP/1.1" connectionTimeout="20000" redirectPort="8443" URIEncoding="UTF-8"/>

其中加入 URIEncoding="UTF-8"
