解决 python3.11 Ubuntu23 .10安装mysqlclient失败的问题

ubuntu23.10  python3.11

虚拟环境安装mysqlclient：

pip install mysqlclient 
出现以下错误

查找原因：

均为依赖问题，错误信息提示1、pkg-config: not found；其他的我没找到

解决问题：
