win7下安装composer问题

win7 64系统，wamp X64软件，安装Composer出现问题。
使用Composer-Setup.exe安装，报错如下
Connection Error [ERR_CONNECTION]: Unable to connect to http://getcomposer.org

 

解决方法：

• save ca-bundle.crt to your local path

• double click ca-bundler.crt to import it

• add the two line to php.ini

  curl.cainfo=d:/download/ca-bundle.crt  
  openssl.cafile=d:/download/ca-bundle.crt
  

• try to install composer-setup.exe agin.
