原因：
如果运行QT程序可以正常运行，但是出现了以上的错误提醒，由英文翻译可知，这个错误通常是由于以前的崩溃造成的。
解决方法：
1、打开windows的cmd命令行，输入regedit打开注册表。
2、搜索Layers，你可以看到如下注册表，把它删除即可。

3、删除qt工程编译产生的所有中间文件夹（
build-xxxx-Desktop_Qt_5_6_2_MinGW_32bit-Debug），然后再编译运行即可。
