二、目前一段时间内持续的一种暂时情况

i am taking the bus to work this week,because my car is in the garage.

三、用于“变化”类动词（change,come,get,become,grow,deteriorate），表示现阶段逐渐变化的过程。

it's getting dark
mom is getting old
his health is deteriorating.

四、口语对话时用于强烈的感情色彩

what are we waitting for then?let's get started.
i'm not having this conversation with you.

五、表示未来确定的安排

what are you doing next month?

i am studing english.    主语只能为人称

六、与always、forever、continually、constantly等连用，表示多次重复，有感情色彩。

1、表重复，积极、让人喜欢的事情:  

steve is a teacher, but,he is always learning things from his students.

2、表重复，厌烦，不愉快的事情：

my wife is forever looking for her keys.
