STEPS:

1.Adjust region codes via customizing (Utilities>Adjustment)

 

 

2.Replication takes place via one of three reports:

BBP_LOCATIONS_GET_ALL:   replicates all plants where a single ERP system is in the landscape

BBP_LOCATIONS_GET_FROM_SYSTEM:  replicates all plants from a specific ERP system

BBP_LOCATIONS_GET_SELECTED:   replicates a single plant form a specific backend

 

3.Monitor the replication via txn SLG1 in SRM

TIPS:

Frequently invalid region codes cause errors.  The missing regions need to be created in SRM. If recommended step 1 is carried out this avoided.

Any other data issues usually need to be resolved in the ERP system. Usually caused by missing data.
