Issue:

After creating PR with item category(ex:L) and try to transfert PR to SHC, it can't be done.

Answer:

         ==> Yes it is standard supported item category

          ==> Yes, it is not supported in standard (without PPS).

OSS note 1447056 helps you to transfer PR which has item category = 3 (subcontracting) in PPS solution. (EHP4)

这个note虽然是在SRM-EBP-EXR, 但其实是关于PPS的note (PPS激活的情况下+ PO created from SO)

 

 

 

PS: External requirements will always be created in SRM with RFC user as the creator.

PS2: In the FORM GENERAL_CHECK / LBBPKF01 it is checked which kind of purchase requisitions can be transferred.(ERP)

从这段可以看出,0,9,5,1都是正常支持的. 3则需要PPS激活. 激活如下:

1. SAP SRM Procurement for Public Sector Basis (/SAPSSRM/SRM_CROSS_INDUSTRIES)

2. SAP SRM Procurement for Public Sector Functions (/SAPSSRM/SRM_PPS)

PS3: Table EPRTRANS is used to check whether PR has been transferred.(ERP)
