1、下载eclipse

直接解压，里面有eclipse和sdk

直接开打eclipse运行

 

直接在hosts文件的最后加一行：

74.125.237.1 dl-ssl.google.com

然后打开SDK Manager.exe就可以下载了

如果仍然链接失败，就打开SDK Manager.exe，选中tool栏，点Android SDK Manager ,在下面Force https://...sources to be fetched using http://... 打上勾就行了，这个主要是把受保护的协议 https 转成普通http 

成功
