SVN Unable to connect to a repository at URL

SVN提交或者更新时出错

显示提交SVN的用户名及密码，填写成功后还是要填用户名及密码

SVN报出的错误：

Error:svn: E170013: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'svn:地址'
svn: E731001: Unknown hostname 'svn'

解决方案：

1.右键点击本地副本，TortoiseSVN -> Settings -> Saved Data，

2.点击个个“Clear”按钮，把本地缓存都清除了，点击“确定”；

重新尝试SVN的更新或提交
